I. Warranty Conditions
The Warranty Service Center provides free warranty and repair services for products manufactured by the company under the brands PROTA, GODA, and CB within the warranty period, calculated from the date of purchase or delivery.
Warranty service applies only if the defect is determined to be caused by manufacturing or technical faults.
The warranty period is specified on the packaging of each product line.
Warranty periods:

PROTA & GODA: 12 – 36 months

CB: 6 months
II. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty service will not apply in the following cases:

Products damaged due to impact, deformation, dropping, or improper transportation/use

Rusting, discoloration, scratches, or coating damage

Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, exposure to salt, chemicals, burning, or excessive heat

Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product

Damage caused by environmental factors such as humidity, mold, mildew
-
Normal wear and tear or non-structural components such as screws, rubber seals, hooks, etc.
👉 Products still under warranty but damaged due to user faults may be repaired with service charges applied.
